In this workshop we do self-exploratory exercises to assess your personal level of stress using
* Standardized measurement of your fight/flight/freeze response
* Standardized stressor scales
Then we implement relaxation techniques including:
* Guided meditations
* EFT technique (a form of self- acupressure
* Paired exercise
Proven to move you from anxiety and fear to relaxation, increased awareness and inner peace.
